This page covers how to connect to your Virtual Desktop via Internet browser from employee-owned devices outside Allstate. If you are having a connection problem, first check the information contained herein before contacting support.

Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools > Internet Options
Click the Security tab and click on Sites
Enter https://my.allstate.com in the window and click Add. Once finished, click Close
Please note that you will need to be logged on with administrator credentials on your machine to properly install Citrix Receiver!
The first time you access your Virtual Desktop you will be prompted to install Citrix Receiver. Click Get Started
Click the check box and click Download. If Citrix Receiver is already installed, please click on Already Installed
Click Run on the popup
Once your credentials have been successfully validated, your Virtual Desktop should launch automatically in a few seconds. If not, click on the Desktops tab and then click on your Virtual Desktop to start your session
